The fact that it was local saved me a long drive to Cheltenham and back again. The staff were brilliant and friendly, no waiting time which is a real advantage. As this was my first time I don't know what could be improved, but what I have experienced was great.

The nurses are friendly, personable. Very competent. I think that the only reason this organisation needs the feedback forms is because the upper management is too distant and inaccessible to the workers and patients/ users of this service. If the higher management teams made themselves more visible to staff and pts then they would know what an excellent service it is.

- Very little delay before each treatment. - From an admission point of view - on occasion the mobile clinic cancels at v.short notice. - I would happily have all my treatment at the bus. - No one told me about this service until almost a few years of treatment.

It's difficult to find fault. - No waiting. - Friendly and helpful staff - nurses and driver. - Nice cup of tea. Could we have biscuits too?

Treatment started on time unlike Cheltenham. Everyone friendly and helpful. Hope I can use mobile unit for the rest of my treatment.
